We are looking for an IT Operations Manager that will lead a multi-disciplined team successfully providing operational delivery support services and transformational IT modernization across a geographically dispersed enterprise environment.  Your role will involve coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful operational support and continuous service improvement across the enterprise infrastructure and desk-side environments.  

You will be responsible for: supporting organizational objectives through outstanding client delivery, thought leadership, and internal availability; establishing repeatable processes and clear communication across the program teams; and identifying and nurturing growth, operational efficiencies, and continual service improvements.

Responsibilities:
•    Supervising the execution of multiple task orders, and initiatives ensuring they align with contract requirements and client expectations
•    Developing and managing budgets for each task order, ensuring financial resources are applied and consumed efficiently
•    Maintaining comprehensive records of all task orders, decisions and changes
•    Recognizing and mitigating potential risks that could impact task order delivery
•    Ensuring task order activities support broader program objectives and contribute to the agency’s mission
•    Preparing and submitting regular task order status reports to clients and senior management, detailing progress, challenges, and solutions
•    Lead a multi-disciplined team of around 80-100 internal team that will support different aspects of IT such as Application development, Server and Data Center management, IT service Management (ITSM) and integration with IT business management (ITBM), End User Services and Devices, Network management, Security and Compliance, and Platform management
•    Maintain well defined roles and responsibilities within the team, ensuring transparent communication internally and with the client, and building a culture of excellence and high client satisfaction
•    Understand service, regulatory, financial, operations (ITSM), and release management in a large enterprise services environment; collaborate with cross-functional IT and financial teams (such as Service Desk and CPIC) to coordinate customer satisfaction, performance management, strategic investments, service definition and performance management, intake, triage items, support hand-off, and escalation processes between teams
•    Establish and drive a team that will follow government defined release processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and reliable deployment and testing of services
•    Oversee and manage the prioritization, sequencing, and execution of multiple task orders to achieve enterprise transforming objectives, guiding government decisions and resolving  conflicts and inter agency dependencies
•    Drive the creation of multiple  technical road maps and C-level documentation in support of multiple enterprise wide initiatives in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and user communities
•    Develop and maintain as-built and release documentation, including release notes, deployment guides, and rollback procedures
•    Monitor service performance and stability in production environments, proactively identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks
•    Conduct business analysis and develop Standard Operating Procedures and knowledge base articles in support of contract services
•    Lead post-release activities, such as monitoring for issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions and process improvement
•    Meet or exceed the operational SLA metrics including timely response to user requests through email and ITSM tools
•    Provide consistent and accurate status reports in support of Program and Operational objectives.
•    Communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of management, including government leadership

Qualifications:
•    8-10 years of experience independently managing IT operations activities for a user base of over 3,000
•    5 years of experience working directly with federal or business clients advising on program, process, and IT improvements
•    Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to work independently.
•    Experience working with ITSM, ITIL, and Agile methods and tools
•    Experience with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira
•    Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
•    Industry certifications including ITIL, PMP, TBM is preferred
•    US Citizenship required  
•    Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance

Job Location:
•    Work location is Southeast, GA.  This position requires the candidate to work on-site 3-4 days a week.  

Salary Range: $170,000 - $190,000
