Responsibilities:
•    Translate customer requirements into actionable, value-driven deliverables to ensure that the solution delivered matches the customers’ expectations
•    Serve as a subject matter expert for understanding and documenting business processes and user stories that make up the cloud-based User Interface
•    Work effectively and individually with team members and customers, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
•    Facilitate meetings effectively, demonstrate consensus-building skills, and interact with senior management
•    Collaborate with project managers, quality management, and other delivery team members to drive customer satisfaction and meet project deliverables
•    Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes and requirements-gathering processes to develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes
•    Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
•    Work with stakeholders and product managers/product owners to prioritize collected requirements
•    Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary
•    Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted

Requirements:
•    U.S. citizenship required
•    Current (at least Interim) DoD Secret clearance
•    BS in Business Administration or related field
•    One (1) to three (3) years of related experience as a Business Analyst or related field 
•    Experience working with Agile software development methodologies

Preferences:
•    Previous experience as a Product Owner is highly desirable
•    Familiarity with cloud technology
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software
•    Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments
•    Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders

Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000
