Easy Dynamics is seeking an ICAM Business Analyst with experience in leading requirements workshops, documenting As-Is and To-Be system requirements, analyzing business process, recommending solutions (including technical solutions), and conducting analysis of alternatives. We are seeking professionals capable of leading client interactions, asking the right questions to understand the technical ins and outs of legacy ICAM systems, producing system documentation, and working within a team of subject matter experts to advise on ICAM system modernization. This is a remote role. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work within a cross-functional team to understand and document as-is ICAM legacy systems and design future-facing solutions for modernized authentication, authorization, and access.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, asking the right questions to understand ICAM system requirements, including but not limited to: single sign-on, HSPD-12, PKI, access management, identity governance and administration, identity stores, relying parties, trust frameworks, federations, etc. 
  • Capture system documentation in a variety of formats including, but not limited to: business context diagrams, system diagrams, technical operating procedures, process flows, data flows, user journeys, personas, etc.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify points of modernization in ICAM systems, including alignment with emerging Federal policy and standards like NIST SP 800-63-4, Zero Trust guidance, and FISMA reporting needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential solution components or future requirements; develop and present client briefings on technology, market trends, and recommendations.
  • Prepare analysis of alternatives and advise on roadmap creation for solution deployment. 
  • Lead and facilitate client-facing and internal team meetings to produce meaningful results.
  • Perform risk management activities, including mitigation strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and third parties to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working as a business analyst for federal or business clients working on ICAM-related program, process, and system improvements, including but not limited to: single sign-on, HSPD-12, PKI, access management, identity governance and administration, identity stores, relying parties, trust frameworks, federations, etc. 
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts relating to ICAM systems and the ability to translate those concepts into plain language.
  • Demonstrated experience eliciting and capturing comprehensive system documentation and requirements for developing an ICAM solution architecture. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional requirements documentation, and roadmap development.
  • Demonstrated experience developing briefings and presentations for internal and external clients.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently, especially at project startup defining goals and metrics, and working with diverse stakeholders to enhance program value.
  • Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to obtain public trust or higher clearance level.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with the NIST 800 series
  • Familiarity with FICAM architecture

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
