We have an opportunity for a strong Strategic Communication Specialist to join our team. We are builders, problem solvers, and trusted advisors who support mission and customer satisfaction. Easy Dynamics brings well-architected solutions and management consulting to our clients to align them with the best practices their missions demand. Our core competencies include Cloud, Identity Management, and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement branding and messaging plans to enhance the organization's image and reputation
•    Create and manage communication materials for both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and clarity
•    Facilitate engagements and events, including planning, coordination, and execution
•    Prepare timely and accurate responses to media inquiries, maintaining a positive relationship with the press
•    Coordinate with the Department of Defense (DoD) public affairs to ensure alignment and compliance with policies and procedures
•    Create and maintain historical archives of messaging and communication materials
•    Manage and update website content to ensure it is current, accurate, and engaging
•    Conduct market research and analysis to inform communication strategies and identify opportunities for improvement
•    Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance online presence and engagement
•    Coordinate crisis communication efforts, providing clear and effective messaging during emergencies
•    Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
•    U.S. citizenship required
•    Current (at least Interim) DoD Secret clearance
•    BS in Business Administration or related field
•    At least 1 – 2 years of related experience in strategic communications, public affairs, or a similar role
•    Able to commute to the work location in DC area

Preferences:
•    Familiarity with cloud technology
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics software

Salary Range: $70K - $80K
